Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Steph Gets it Done makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Steph Gets it Done arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steph Gets it Done from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
